This week, for our Spiritual Practices series, we discuss the Prayer of Examen. Joining us to discuss the history of this historic practice is Karyn McDaniel. Karyn is an old friend of the podcast and you can hear her thoughts on the Spirit back in our first series, episode 8. As we did last week, we will release 2 episodes this week- this one that will serve as an introduction to the practice and a second one where Karyn leads us through an actual Prayer of Examen. Our prayer is that you will use the second episode as a resource to listen to over and over again.
