This week, Dr. Angela Schaffner joins us again to discuss mental health and the pandemic. Whether you've struggled with mental health in the past, or mental health struggles such as anxiety, OCD, depression, etc. are new to you, but have been brought on by the current crisis, we want you to know you are not alone. Our goal this week is normalize these struggles, and talk about how we can cope and see some light shining in the darkness.
