This week we discuss the significance of Jesus being called the names Bread of Life and Chief Cornerstone. To help us with our discussion on bread and it's significance historically and spiritually, we invited Leah Lonsbury from Just Bakery to be with us. We talk about why it's significant that Jesus called himself the Bread of Life, and how bread was (and still is in many parts of the world) the cornerstone or foundation of their diets in the ancient times. That context provides us insight in to why Jesus as the Bread of Life is so meaningful for our walk with him.
