Woven

Jan 14, 2020

Happy New Year! We're spending our first four episodes of 2020 on a very popular and requested topic from our listeners- body image. Ever wondered how bathroom scales got in your bathroom? Or who invented the BMI chart? Rebecca Scritchfield, RDN joins us to shed light on the topics of diet culture, our bodies, raising kids who don’t pick themselves apart in front of a mirror, and learning to be nice to ourselves and pursue health in a realistic and, well, healthy way. The interview was so dense and rich that we've split it up into two episodes. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, and big thanks to Rebecca for bringing your wisdom and passion to Woven! (that's 3 Rebeccas if you're counting, ha ha.)
